" فَإِنْ أَعْسَرَ " بَعْدَ أَنْ سَلَّمَ نَفَقَةَ الرَّابِعِ " بِنَفَقَةِ الْخَامِسِ بَنَتْ " عَلَى الْمُدَّةِ وَلَمْ تَسْتَأْنِفْهَا وَهَذِهِ مِنْ زِيَادَتِي " كَمَا لَوْ أَيْسَرَ فِي الثَّالِثِ " ثُمَّ أَعْسَرَ فِي الرَّابِعِ فَإِنَّهَا تَبْنِي وَلَا تَسْتَأْنِفُ
