" وَلَوْ رَضِيَتْ " قبل النكاح أو بعده " بإعسار فَلَهَا الْفَسْخُ " لِأَنَّ الضَّرَرَ يَتَجَدَّدُ وَلَا أَثَرَ لِقَوْلِهَا رَضِيتُ بِهِ أَبَدًا لِأَنَّهُ وَعْدٌ لَا يَلْزَمُ الْوَفَاءُ بِهِ " لَا " إنْ رَضِيَتْ بِإِعْسَارِهِ " بِالْمَهْرِ " فَلَا فَسْخَ لِأَنَّ الضَّرَرَ لَا يَتَجَدَّدُ.
