" وَلَا أَثَرَ لَهُ " أَيْ لِغَرْزِهَا " فِيمَا لَا يُؤْلِمُ كَجِلْدَةِ عَقِبٍ " فَلَا يَجِبُ بِمَوْتِهِ عِنْدَهُ قَوَدٌ وَلَا غَيْرُهُ لِعِلْمِنَا بِأَنَّهُ لَمْ يَمُتْ بِهِ وَالْمَوْتُ عَقِبَهُ موافقة قدر فَهُوَ كَمَنْ ضُرِبَ بِقَلَمٍ أَوْ أُلْقِيَ عَلَيْهِ خِرْقَةٌ فَمَاتَ
