"فَإِنْ لَمْ يُمْكِنْ وَطْءٌ إلَّا بِهِ " أَيْ بِالْإِفْضَاءِ " فَلَيْسَ لِزَوْجٍ وَطْؤُهَا " لِإِفْضَائِهِ إلَى الْإِفْضَاءِ الْمُحَرَّمِ وَلَا يَلْزَمُهَا تَمْكِينُهُ.
