" ثُمَّ نَقَصَتْ قِيمَتُهُ وَإِلَّا فَوَقْتُ فِدَاءٍ " تُعْتَبَرُ قِيمَتُهُ لِأَنَّ النَّقْصَ قَبْلَهُ لَا يَلْزَمُ السَّيِّدُ بِدَلِيلِ مَا لَوْ مَاتَ الرَّقِيقُ قَبْلَ اخْتِيَارِ الْفِدَاءِ وقولي وقتها إلى آخرها مِنْ زِيَادَتِي.
