" فلا يأذن لَهُ إلَّا بِشَرْطِ أَخْذِ شَيْءٍ مِنْهَا " أَيْ مِنْ مَتَاعِهَا كَالْعُشْرِ أَوْ نِصْفِهِ بِحَسْبِ اجْتِهَادِ الْإِمَامِ وَلَا يُؤْخَذُ فِي كُلِّ سَنَةٍ إلَّا مَرَّةً وَاحِدَةً كَالْجِزْيَةِ
