" وَلَا زِيَادَةَ وَ " لَا " نَقْصَ فِيهِ " أَيْ فِي الْعَمَلِ " وَلَا فِي عِوَضٍ " وتعبيري بالعوض أَوْلَى مِنْ تَعْبِيرِهِ بِالْمَالِ وَقَوْلِي فِي حَقِّ مُلْتَزَمِهِ مِنْ زِيَادَتِي وَخَرَجَ بِهِ غَيْرُهُ فَهِيَ جَائِزَةٌ فِي حَقِّهِ
