" وَشَرْطُ مَنْعِهِ " أَيْ مَنْعَ إبْدَالٍ " مُفْسِدٌ " لِلْعَقْدِ لِفَسَادِهِ لِأَنَّ الرَّامِيَ قَدْ يَعْرِضُ لَهُ أَحْوَالٌ خَفِيَّةٌ تُحْوِجُ إلَى الْإِبْدَالِ وَفِي مَنْعِهِ مِنْهُ تَضْيِيقٌ فَأَشْبَهَ تَعْيِينَ الْمِكْيَالِ فِي السَّلَمِ
