" فَإِنْ أَجَازُوا وَتَنَازَعُوا فِي " تَعْيِينِ مَنْ يُجْعَلُ فِي " مُقَابِلِهِ فُسِخَ " الْعَقْدُ لتعذر إمضائه ثم الحزبان كالشخصين فِي جَمِيعِ مَا مَرَّ فِيهِمَا.
