" فَعَلَيَّ كَذَا " مِنْ نَحْوِ عِتْقٍ وَصَوْمٍ " وَفِيهِ " عِنْدَ وُجُودِ الصِّفَةِ " مَا الْتَزَمَهُ " عَمَلًا بِالْتِزَامِهِ " أَوْ كَفَّارَةُ يَمِينٍ " لِخَبَرِ مُسْلِمٍ: " كَفَّارَةُ النَّذْرِ كَفَّارَةُ يَمِينٍ" وَهِيَ لَا تَكْفِي فِي نَذْرِ التَّبَرُّرِ بِالِاتِّفَاقِ فَتَعَيَّنَ حَمْلُهُ عَلَى نَذْرِ اللَّجَاجِ
