" فَإِنْ عَيَّنَ " رَقَبَةً " نَاقِصَةً " كَلِلَّهِ عَلَيَّ عِتْقُ هَذَا الْعَبْدِ الْكَافِرِ أَوْ الْمَعِيبِ " تعينت " لتعلق النذر بالعين.
