" وَلَا يَنْعَزِلُ قَاضٍ وَوَالٍ " وَالتَّصْرِيحُ بِهِ مِنْ زِيَادَتِي " بِانْعِزَالِ الْإِمَامِ " بِمَوْتٍ أَوْ غَيْرِهِ لِشِدَّةِ الضَّرَرِ فِي تَعْطِيلِ الْحَوَادِثِ وَتَعْبِيرِي بِالِانْعِزَالِ هُنَا وَفِي الْقَيِّمِ أَعَمُّ مِنْ تَعْبِيرِهِ بِالْمَوْتِ.
