" وَعَلَيْهِ " أَيْ الرَّجُلِ إذَا رَجَعَ " مَعَ " نِسَاءٍ " أَرْبَعٍ فِي نَحْوِ رَضَاعٍ " مِمَّا يَثْبُتُ بِمَحْضِهِنَّ ثُلُثٌ وَعَلَيْهِنَّ ثُلُثَانِ إذْ كُلُّ ثِنْتَيْنِ بِمَنْزِلَةِ رَجُلٍ فَإِنْ رَجَعَ هو أن ثِنْتَانِ فَلَا غُرْمَ عَلَى الرَّاجِعِ لِبَقَاءِ الْحُجَّةِ وَنَحْوِ مِنْ زِيَادَتِي " وَ " عَلَيْهِ إذَا رَجَعَ مَعَ أَرْبَعٍ " فِي مَالٍ نِصْفٌ " وَعَلَيْهِنَّ نِصْفٌ
