" وَإِنْ أَقَرَّ بِهَا لِحَاضِرٍ " بِالْبَلَدِ " وَصَدَّقَهُ صَارَتْ الْخُصُومَةُ مَعَهُ " وَإِنْ كَذَّبَهُ تُرِكَتْ الْعَيْنُ بِيَدِهِ كَمَا مَرَّ فِي كِتَابِ الْإِقْرَارِ " أَوْ " أَقَرَّ بِهَا " لِغَائِبٍ انصرفت " أي الخصومة عند نظرا لظاهر الإقرار.
