وَيَجُوزُ الْبَتُّ فِي الْحَلِفِ بِظَنٍّ مُؤَكَّدٍ كَأَنْ يَعْتَمِدَ فِيهِ الْحَالِفُ خَطَّهُ أَوْ خَطَّ مُوَرِّثِهِ كَمَا عُلِمَ مِنْ كِتَابِ الْقَضَاءِ
