" وَلَوْ ادَّعَى وَلِيُّ صَبِيٍّ أَوْ مَجْنُونٍ حَقًّا لَهُ " عَلَى شَخْصٍ " فإنكر ونكل ولم يَحْلِفْ الْوَلِيُّ " وَإِنْ ادَّعَى ثُبُوتَهُ بِمُبَاشَرَةِ سَبَبِهِ بَلْ يُنْتَظَرُ كَمَالُهُ لِأَنَّ إثْبَاتَ الْحَقِّ لِغَيْرِ الْحَالِفِ بَعِيدٌ وَذِكْرُ الْمَجْنُونِ مِنْ زِيَادَتِي.
