" وَلَوْ شَهِدَتْ " بَيِّنَةٌ " أَنَّهُ أَعْتَقَ فِي مَرَضِ مَوْتِهِ سَالِمًا وَ " شَهِدَتْ " أُخْرَى " أَنَّهُ أَعْتَقَ فيه " غانما وكل " منهما " ثلث ماله " . وَلَمْ تُجِزْ الْوَرَثَةُ مَا زَادَ عَلَيْهِ
