" وَلَوْ فِي بَيْعٍ "

فَلَوْ قَالَ أَعْتَقْتُك أَوْ بِعْتُك نَفْسَك بِأَلْفٍ فَقَبِلَ حَالًا عَتَقَ وَلَزِمَهُ الْأَلْفُ وَكَأَنَّهُ فِي الثَّانِيَةِ أَعْتَقَهُ بِأَلْفٍ " وَالْوَلَاءُ لِسَيِّدِهِ " لِعُمُومِ خَبَرِ الصَّحِيحَيْنِ: "إنَّمَا الْوَلَاءُ لِمَنْ أَعْتَقَ" .
