" وَإِنْ لَمْ يُمْكِنْ " تَوْزِيعُهُمْ بِشَيْءٍ مِنْ الْعَدَدِ وَالْقِيمَةِ بِأَنْ لَمْ يَكُنْ لَهُمْ وَلَا لَقِيمَتِهِمْ ثُلُثٌ صَحِيحٌ " كَأَرْبَعَةٍ قِيمَتُهُمْ سَوَاءٌ سُنَّ " وَعَنْ نَصِّ الْأُمِّ مَا اقْتَضَاهُ كَلَامُ الْأَكْثَرِينَ وَجَبَ " أن يجزؤوا ثَلَاثَةً " مِنْ الْأَجْزَاءِ " وَاحِدٌ " جُزْءٌ وَوَاحِدٌ جُزْءٌ " وَاثْنَانِ " جُزْءٌ
