" وَإِنْ مَلَكَهَا " لِانْتِفَاءِ الْعُلُوقِ بحر في ملكه " وله " أي للسيد " انتفاع بأم ولده " كَوَطْءٍ وَاسْتِخْدَامٍ وَإِجَارَةٍ " وَأَرْشُ جِنَايَةٍ عَلَيْهَا وَتَزْوِيجُهَا جبرا " وقيمتها إذا قتلت لِبَقَاءِ مِلْكِهِ عَلَيْهَا وَعَلَى مَنَافِعِهَا كَالْمُدَبَّرَةِ.
