" وَسُنَّ لِمَسْبُوقٍ أَنْ لَا يشتعل " بَعْدَ تَحَرُّمِهِ " بِسُنَّةٍ " كَتَعَوُّذٍ " بَلْ بِالْفَاتِحَةِ إلَّا أن يظن إدراكها " مَعَ اشْتِغَالِهِ بِالسُّنَّةِ فَيَأْتِي بِهَا ثُمَّ بِالْفَاتِحَةِ وَالتَّصْرِيحُ بِالسُّنِّيَّةِ مِنْ زِيَادَتِي وَتَعْبِيرِي بِيَظُنُّ أَوْلَى مِنْ تَعْبِيرِهِ بِيَعْلَمُ.
