" فَلَوْ شك هل نوى القصر " أولا " أَوْ " نَوَاهُ ثُمَّ " تَرَدَّدَ فِي أَنَّهُ يَقْصُرُ " أَوْ يُتِمُّ " أَتَمَّ " لِأَنَّهُ الْأَصْلُ وَيَلْزَمُهُ الْإِتْمَامُ وَإِنْ تَذَكَّرَ فِي الْأُولَى حَالًا أَنَّهُ نَوَى للقصر لتأدى جزء الصَّلَاةِ حَالَ التَّرَدُّدِ عَلَى التَّمَامِ
