" وَأَنْ لَا يَتَقَدَّمَ عَلَيْهِ " حَالَةَ كَوْنِهِ " حَاضِرًا وَلَوْ فِي قَبْرٍ " وَأَنْ يَجْمَعَهُمَا مَكَانٌ وَاحِدٌ وَأَنْ لَا يَزِيدَ مَا بَيْنَهُمَا فِي غَيْرِ مَسْجِدٍ على ثلاثمائة ذراع تقريبا تَنْزِيلًا لِلْمَيِّتِ مَنْزِلَةَ الْإِمَامِ.
