" ولا يجب طهره " لأنه كرامة وتطهيرا وَلَيْسَ هُوَ مِنْ أَهْلِهِمَا لَكِنَّهُ يَجُوزُ فَقَدْ غَسَلَ عَلِيٌّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ أَبَاهُ بِأَمْرِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ رَوَاهُ الْبَيْهَقِيُّ لَكِنَّهُ ضَعَّفَهُ.
