" وَسُنَّ خَرْصٌ " أَيْ حَزْرُ " كُلِّ ثَمَرٍ " فِيهِ زَكَاةٌ إذَا " بَدَا صَلَاحُهُ عَلَى مَالِكِهِ " لِلْأَمْرِ بِهِ فِي الْخَبَرِ السابق أول الباب فبطوف الْخَارِصُ بِكُلِّ شَجَرَةٍ وَيُقَدِّرُ ثَمَرَتَهَا أَوْ ثَمَرَةَ كُلِّ النَّوْعِ رُطَبًا ثُمَّ يَابِسًا " لِتَضْمِينِ " أَيْ لِنَقْلِ الْحَقِّ مِنْ الْعَيْنِ إلَى الذِّمَّةِ تَمْرًا أَوْ زَبِيبًا لِيُخْرِجَهُ بَعْدَ جَفَافِهِ
