" وَالْأَفْضَلُ أَعْلَاهَا " اقْتِيَاتًا وَإِنْ كَانَ فِيهَا غَالِبٌ تَعَيَّنَ وَالْعِبْرَةُ بِغَالِبِ قُوتِ السنة لا وقت الوجوب " ويجزىء " قُوتٌ " أَعْلَى عَنْ " قُوتٍ " أَدْنَى " لِأَنَّهُ زِيدَ فِيهِ خَيْرٌ لَا عَكْسُهُ لِنَقْصِهِ عَنْ الْحَقِّ
