" وَحَرُمَ نَحْوُ لَمْسٍ " كَقُبْلَةٍ وَعَلَيْهَا اقْتَصَرَ الْأَصْلُ " إنْ حَرَّكَ شَهْوَةً " خَوْفَ الْإِنْزَالِ " وَإِلَّا فَتَرْكُهُ أَوْلَى " إذْ يُسَنُّ لِلصَّائِمِ تَرْكُ الشهوات وإنما لم يحرك لِضَعْفِ احْتِمَالِ أَدَائِهِ إلَى الْإِنْزَالِ
