" وَلَا جُنُونٍ وَإِغْمَاءٍ " لِلْعُذْرِ وَقَوْلِي لا غير مفطرة أعم من مِنْ قَوْلِهِ وَلَوْ جَامَعَ نَاسِيًا فَكَجِمَاعِ الصَّائِمِ وَقَوْلِي نَحْوُ مَعَ إنْ بَادَرَ مِنْ زِيَادَتِي.
