" وَلَوْ تَلِفَ بَعْدَ قَبْضِهِ " أَيْ الْمُشْتَرِي " مَبِيعٌ " بِقَيْدٍ زِدْته بِقَوْلِي " غَيْرُ رِبَوِيٍّ بِيعَ بِجِنْسِهِ " حِسِّيًّا كَانَ التَّلَفُ أَوْ شَرْعِيًّا كَأَنْ أَعْتَقَهُ أو وقفه أَوْ اسْتَوْلَدَ الْأَمَةَ
