" وَإِذَا ظَنَّ طَهَارَةَ أَحَدِهِمَا " أَيْ الْمَاءَيْنِ بِالِاجْتِهَادِ " سُنَّ " لَهُ قَبْلَ اسْتِعْمَالِهِ " إرَاقَةُ الْآخَرِ " إنْ لَمْ يَحْتَجْ إلَيْهِ لِنَحْوِ عَطَشٍ لِئَلَّا يَغْلَطَ فَيَسْتَعْمِلَهُ أَوْ يَتَغَيَّرَ اجْتِهَادُهُ فَيُشْتَبَهَ عَلَيْهِ الْأَمْرُ وَذِكْرُ سَنِّ الْإِرَاقَةِ مِنْ زِيَادَتِي
