أما البائع فَلِتَدْلِيسِهِ وَأَمَّا الْمُشْتَرِي وَهُوَ مَا اقْتَصَرَ عَلَيْهِ الْأَصْلُ فَلِأَنَّهُ إذَا رَضِيَ بِالْأَكْثَرِ فَبِالْأَقَلِّ أَوْلَى " أَوْ " أَخْبَرَ بِمِائَةٍ " فَأَخْبَرَ " ثَانِيًا " بِأَزْيَدَ وَزَعَمَ غَلَطًا " فِي إخْبَارِهِ أَوَّلًا بِالنَّقْصِ
