" وَلَا يُكَلَّفُونَ " عِنْدَ الْقِسْمَةِ " إثْبَاتَ أَنْ " هُوَ أَعَمُّ مِنْ قَوْلِهِ بَيِّنَةً بِأَنْ " لَا غَرِيمَ غيرهم " لأن الحجر يشتهر ولو كان ثم غريب لَظَهَرَ وَطَلَبَ حَقَّهُ
