(ومن نزل عن وظيفة لا أهل لها) أي الوظيفة لم يتقرر غيره

ثم إن قرر منزول له فهو أحق، (و) إن (لم يتقرر فهي لنازل) وللامام دون غيره حمى مرعى لدواب المسلمين ما لم يضرهم فصل الجعالة ما يعطاه الإنسان على أمر يفعلهن
