(فلا شيء له) لما عمله لإسقاطه حق نفسه حيث لم يوف ما شرط عليه (أو) فسخ (جاعل) قبله فلا شيء له أيضا وبعده قبل إتمامه (فـ) ـعليه (لعامل أجرة) مثل (عمله)
