(وإن وقف على ولده) أو أولاده (أو ولد غيره) ثم على المساكين (فهو لـ) ـولد موجود حالة الوقف فقط من (ذكر وأنثى) وخنثى (بالسوية) ، وخالف في الاقناع فيما إذا حدث للواقف ولد بعد وقفه استحق كالموجودين
