(فأكثر مع أخته لابوين) تكملة الثلثين قياسا على بنت الابن مع بنت الصلب وتعول المسئلة لسدسها مع زوج وأخت شقيقة، هذا كله (ما لم يكن) أى يوجد (معصب) لهن فان كان فللذكر مثل حظ الانثيين إن فضل عما قبله من الفرض شئ وإلا سقطوا
