(و) لا يتقدر الصداق بشئ بل (كل ما صح) أن يكون (ثمنا أو أجرة صح) أن يكون (مهرا) وإن قل من عين ودين معجل ومؤجل ومنفعة لكن (بشرط علمه) كالثمن،
