(وإن) علقه بالحمل كإن (كنت حاملا فأنت طالق تطلق بتبين حمل) بأن تلد لأقل من ستة أشهر من (زمن حلف) مطلقا أو لأقل من أربع سنين منه إن لم تكن توطأ بعد حلفه فنطلق منذ حلف
