(ومتى طلق) زوج (حر) زوجة حرة أو أمة قبل الدخول أو بعده طلاقًا (ثلاثا) معا أو متفرقات (أو) طلق زوج (عبد) زوجة كذلك (ثنتين معا أو متفرقات) ولو عتق حرمت و (لم تحل له حتى يطأها زوج غيره في قبلـ) ها (بنكاح رغبة صحيح) لقوله تعالى بعد قوله (الطلاق مرتان)
