(وهو) أي النفاس (كحيض) في حرمة الوطء وغيره من وجوب الكفارة وفعل الصلاة ونحوها (إلا في عدة) فلا تنقض به، (و) إلا في (بلوغ) لأن حكمه ثبت بغيره،
