(ومن أمر) شخصا (مكلفا أن ينزل بئرا) ففعل (أو) أمره أن (يصعد شجرة) ففعل (فهلك بذلك) النزول والصعود (لم يضمنـ) ـه ولو كان الآمر السلطان لعدم إكراهه له وكما لو استأجره سلطان أو غيره لذلك،
