(و) يجب (عليه) أي الذي فعل ذلك عمدًا (و) يجب (على جاهل وناس) فعل ذلك و (ذكر أن يرجع ليأتي به) أي بما فعله قبل الإمام (معه) ليكون مؤتمًا به،
