(وشرط لصحتها) أي الجمعة أربعة شروط وليس منها إذن الإمام: أحدها (الوقت) ، فلا تصح قبله ولا بعده، (وهو) أي وقت الجمعة (من أول وقت) صلاة (العيد) نصًا وتفعل فيه جوازًا ورخصة، وتجب بالزوال وفعلها بعده أفضل (إلى آخر وقت) صلاة (الظهر، فإن خرج) وقتها
