(وكذا بقل) و (رطبة) في الحكم فلا يباع مفردا بعد بدو صلاحه إلا جزة جزة بشرط قطعه في الأولى، (ولا) يصح بيع (قثاء ونحوه) كباذنجان وبامياء (إلا لقطعه لظله) موجودة وما لم يجاف لا يجوز بيعه (أو) إلا إذا بيع (مع أصله) فيصح ذلك أشبه الشجر،
