الروض الندي شرح كافي المبتديal-Ba'li

(ولو لم يستأذن حاكما) مع قدرته عليه أو يشهد، (و) كذا حيوان (معار ومؤجر ومودع) ومشترك بيد أحدهما باذن الآخر فحكمه إذا أنفق عليه مستعير ومستأجر ووديع وشريك (كرهن) فيما سبق تفصيله،
