(فان أبى) الوفاء بعد أمره (حبسـ) ـه (بطلب ربه) أى الدين لحديث «مطل الغنى ظلم» وبالطلب يتحقق المطل ولا يخرجه حتى يتبين أمره أو يبرأ أى أو يرضى غريمه فان أبى عزره ويكرر
