الروض الندي شرح كافي المبتديal-Ba'li

(وإذا ظهر غريم) أى رب مال للمفلس (بعد القسمة) لماله لم تنقض و (رجع) الغريم الذى ظهر على كل واحد من (الغرماء بقسطه) لأنه لو كان حاضرا شاركهم فكذا إذا ظهر، ويشارك من حال دينه قبل قسمة أو تتمتها فى الكل أو ما بقى،
