(فلا شيء له) لرضاه بإسقاط حقه منه لأن الموت لم يأته بإختياره. (وتملك ثمرة بظهور) ـها، (فعلى عامل) أو وارثه (تمام عمل، ولو فسخت) المساقاة بفسخ أحدهما أو مات العامل
