(ولو لمستأجر) هـ ولا بوقف عين ولا بانتقال بارث أو وصية أو نكاح ونحوه (والأجرة) من حين الشراء (للمشتري) نصا والفسخ والإمضاء بلا أرش إن لم يعلم.
