(وإن وجد) المستأجر (العين) المؤجرة (معيبة أو تعيبت) أي حدث بها عيب (عنده) أي المستأجر وهو ما يظهر به تفاوت الأجر (فله) أي المستأجر (الفسخ) إن لم يزل بلا ضرر يلحقه
